Data controller

Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, optional topic, message).
- Enrollment details shared offline (billing contact, employer if relevant).
- Technical logs needed to operate the site (IP address truncated where feasible, browser type).
- Cookie preferences stored locally on your device (see Cookies).
Purposes
We process data to respond to inquiries, deliver courses, improve site reliability, meet legal obligations, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — understand aggregate traffic patterns.
Retention
Contact form records are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active enrollment or dispute. Enrollment records are retained for the period required by Korean tax and education-related bookkeeping rules, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics cookie data, when enabled, is retained in aggregate form for up to 14 months.
User rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@software-sculpt.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority in Korea or your place of residence.
International transfers
We primarily store data in Korea. If a processor outside Korea is used (for example email delivery), we apply contractual safeguards and transfer only what is necessary for the stated purpose.
Children
Our programs target adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
